Pavement Pounders

Pavement Pounders are a local CIC whose work is to run art and heritage projects. They record spoken memories of people living in Folkestone. The Voicing Our Past project saw them come into the Turner Free School and work with our pupils using special scripts they had created. These scripts were of older people’s memories of World War 2 and our pupils read and recorded them for the charity. More information about Pavement Pounders can be found on their website:
